Jakob Johansen

Jakob Johansen is a trombonist, who has played with a large number of artists in many different genres.
Within the Cuban music scene, Jakob has played with, either in concerts or on recordings, Juan Formell y Los Van Van, Alexander Abreu, Mayito Riveira, Calixo Ovieda, Eliel Lazo, Alain Perez, Tito Nieves and Grupo Danson among others.
Within the Danish music scene, Jakob has played with artists such as Shaka Loveless, Wafande, Phlake, Ida Corr, Peter A.G., Iris Gold, Orgi-E, Afenginn, Natasja and others.
In addition to his work as a musician, he is a founding member of, and works as a lawyer in, the Music Legal Advisory Council, which is an independent legal advisory firm that helps people in the music industry with legal issues (musikjurist.dk).
At Nordic Salsa Camp 2019 , Jakob will be the music teacher in the Salsa Band together with Rasmus Sejersen and Theo Benjamin Hjorth, where they will continue the success from last year.
